How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your apparel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you catch a mistake right away, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to redirect the package.
How should I wash my sweatshirts and long sleeves?
To keep your gear looking new, we recommend washing your apparel inside out in cold water and tumbling dry on low heat. This helps preserve the fabric quality and the integrity of the designs.
